Fees quoted may include the following:

• Reserved Block of Time for the Signing. (Cancellations may incur a fee)

• Borrower Confirmation Call Within 24-Hours Upon Receipt of Written Confirmation

            (If voice message is left for the borrower, the borrower must call to confirm appointment; otherwise, signing may not occur)

            (Hiring party will be notified if there is no response from the borrower(s))

• After docs are received and HUD-1, line 303 reflects a balance due, a call will be initiated to the borrower advising the payment amount.

            (Documents shall be received six hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid LATE FEES or possible cancellation)

• Two sets of documents will be printed, unless otherwise stated. 

 

At The Signing Table

 

• ​Borrowers will be properly identified using an acceptable form of identification as required by the State of California .

• Borrowers will be Sworn In and asked if they are signing these documents of their own free-will.

• Each document will be presented and identified to the borrower(s) or parties involved in the transaction. The borrower may waive the brief explanation of the document at their discretion.

• Documents will be notarized in the presence of the borrower(s).

After the Signing

 

• Documents will be reviewed for any missing initials, signatures, or notary seals.

• Documents with provided shipping labels will be provided to a shipping center within 24 hours of signing.

• Shipping package will be tracked until delivered.

• Invoices, if required, will be issued within 48 hours.

• All fees to be paid based on the NET Terms of payment.
