Service Description in These Terms of Service
Simply Sign Notary provides professional mobile notary and loan signing services conducted by licensed, bonded, and certified professionals. We travel to the client's location of choice. Fees are based on the number of notarized signatures as prescribed by law, plus an additional travel and convenience fee which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
Unauthorized Practice of Law
A Notary Public is not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Our services are limited to the act of notarization and identity verification. We cannot assist in drafting documents or offer opinions on the legality or effect of the documents being signed.
Limitation of Liability
Simply Sign Notary is bonded as required by state regulations. However, our liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for any delays in processing documents by external agencies, lenders, or third parties after the signing event is completed.
